Greenpeace radiation expert Iryna Labunska checks radiation levels at the Minami Fukushima kindergarten. The kindergarten has been decontaminated by the authorities, community groups and NGOs, and while it exhibited significantly decreased dose rates overall, a few spots with elevated contamination persist.
